Information on Consumer Protection
Based on the Consumer Protection Act, each of our guests has the right to an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute related to a Contract on the Provision of Services (hereinafter referred to as a “consumer dispute”). Based on this fact and in line with the provisions of Section 14 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, and in connection with the scope of the provided services, we would like to inform you as a consumer that the entity authorised to deal with out-of-court disputes occurring between consumers and our company, in line with Section 20e (d) of the Consumer Protection Act, is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

In line with the provisions of Section 1837 (j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, a consumer using accommodation services is not entitled to withdraw from an Accommodation Agreement, if the accommodation facility provides the services within the established dates.
Under the Act on Electronic Registration of Sales, a vendor is obliged to issue a sales receipt to a buyer. At the same time, the vendor is obliged to record the received revenue with a tax administrator online; in case of a technical failure, the vendor shall do so within no more than 48 hours, provided that the taxpayer records revenue at the given sales point under a normal regime.
